Our team follows a zero-incident safety approach supported by toolbox training, work permit compliance, PPE enforcement and continuous risk assessment on site.
Quality is controlled throughout the project lifecycle — from material receipt and fabrication through installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Our QA/QC process is based on approved drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans, method statements, applicable codes and standards, and client requirements. We maintain inspection records, test reports, material certificates, calibration records and final quality documentation for completed works.
Any deviation from approved requirements is formally controlled and documented.
We monitor quality performance through defined project QA/QC key performance indicators, measured from actual inspection, testing and project quality records. The indicators below are what we measure and how each is expressed — actual values are populated from project records, and we do not publish invented or unsupported performance statistics.

We maintain progressive QA/QC reporting throughout execution rather than compiling records only at completion. Reports are generated from actual inspections, tests and approved project documentation.
Traceability records are maintained in a manner appropriate to the project and scope of work, providing a documented link between the physical work and its associated inspection, test and certification records.
