Fabrication and erection of CS / MS / SS storage tanks, including shells, floors, roofs, nozzles, manways, and walkways, executed as per API 650 and PESO guidelines, with dimensional accuracy, fit-up, alignment, and hydrotesting for reliable storage service. Tank repair and maintenance is delivered within the same scope — bottom plate replacement, roof repair, shell patching, LMS and shunt installation, internal coating and foundation repairs, executed as per API 653.
We provide comprehensive tankage fabrication and erection for industrial, oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, refinery, terminal and infrastructure projects. Our scope covers the complete mechanical execution of above-ground storage tanks — from material preparation and fabrication through site erection, testing and mechanical completion.
Tankage work is executed with emphasis on dimensional accuracy, welding quality, structural integrity and safety, in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and the applicable industry standards.
Execution includes plate cutting, edge preparation, rolling, fit-up, welding, dimensional inspection and assembly of tank components. Shell courses, bottom plates, roof plates, structural members, nozzles, manholes and attachments are fabricated and erected in accordance with approved drawings and applicable specifications.
For large field-erected tanks, erection can include controlled shell-course installation, roof assembly, alignment, welding, installation of floating roof components and tank appurtenances, using a suitable erection methodology and lifting arrangement.
We install and replace floating roof sealing systems to support proper roof movement, product containment and reduction of vapour losses.
Tank fabrication and erection require controlled welding procedures and qualified personnel. Execution focuses on fit-up, alignment, welding sequence, weld traceability and inspection.
Following fabrication and erection we undertake the inspection and testing required for mechanical completion. Depending on tank design and project specification, this may include hydrostatic testing, bottom leak testing, weld inspection, dimensional verification, settlement monitoring and final inspection.
Scope can include fabrication and installation of associated tank components.
We undertake selected tank repair, rehabilitation, modification and maintenance for existing facilities — including replacement or repair of tank plates, structural components, nozzles, manholes, roof components, sealing systems and other mechanical items — subject to inspection findings, approved engineering requirements and project specifications.
Work is executed with reference to the applicable codes for the scope in question. The governing specification for any given contract is the one named in that contract.
Tank design, fabrication, erection, inspection, testing, repair and modification requirements are subject to the applicable tank specification, service conditions, stored product, operating parameters, statutory requirements and approved engineering documentation.
