Service
Design, fabrication and erection of trusses, sheds, pipe racks, platforms, staircases, handrails, equipment supports and structural assemblies including alignment, bolting, welding, sheeting, and finishing as per IS / AWS structural codes.
We provide in-house structural engineering, design, estimation, fabrication, erection and roofing or cladding solutions for EPC, oil and gas, petrochemical, process, industrial and infrastructure projects.
Our structural capability covers the complete execution cycle — from engineering and quantity development through fabrication, site erection and final installation.
Our engineering team develops fabrication-oriented solutions based on project specifications, design criteria, site conditions and the applicable codes.
We prepare engineering-based quantities and cost estimates directly from the developed design and project scope, giving a controlled basis for tendering, budgeting, procurement and execution.
Fabrication is carried out from approved engineering and fabrication drawings, with controlled dimensional and welding practices.
Erection is executed in accordance with approved erection methodology, lifting plans and project requirements.
We install roofing and wall cladding systems for industrial buildings, warehouses, PEB structures, workshops and utility buildings, including supply where that is within the project scope.
For existing industrial facilities, our engineering and execution scope includes:
Structural work is coordinated with civil, mechanical, piping, electrical and other EPC disciplines to control interfaces from engineering through construction. This reduces dimensional discrepancies, field modifications and interface-related rework, and supports planned fabrication and erection sequences.
Work is executed with reference to the applicable codes for the scope in question. The governing specification for any given contract is the one named in that contract.
Method statements, equipment schedules and inspection plans are issued per enquiry against your specification.
