Service
We execute Piping and Pipeline works from fabrication to commissioning, including welding, NDT, hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement, valve installation, and on-line instrument hook-ups. Scope covers process piping, utility piping, and firewater networks, in compliance with ASME / API and approved project specifications.
We deliver integrated piping and pipeline engineering, fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning for EPC, oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, industrial and infrastructure projects.
Our execution covers the complete piping work cycle — material handling and prefabrication through installation, inspection, pressure testing, reinstatement and commissioning — in accordance with approved project specifications and the applicable industry codes.
Work begins from approved engineering documents rather than from assumptions about the design.
Underground pipelines are executed as a controlled sequence, each stage inspected before the next covers it.
The source document details each process per material. These are the processes themselves; the table that follows shows which apply to which material.
The jointing method is selected from pipe material, piping class, wall thickness, service, applicable code, manufacturer requirements and the approved project specification. Welding is controlled through approved WPS/PQR, qualified welders and controlled consumables.
| Material | Typical welding or jointing system |
|---|---|
| MS / CS / LTCS | GTAW + SMAW, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW |
| Stainless steel | GTAW, GTAW + SMAW, GTAW + GMAW, purge welding |
| Alloy steel | GTAW + SMAW, with controlled preheat and PWHT |
| HDPE / PE | Butt fusion, electrofusion, socket fusion |
| PVC / uPVC | Solvent cement, mechanical jointing |
| CPVC | Solvent cement, mechanical jointing |
| PP / PPR | Socket fusion, butt fusion, electrofusion |
| FRP / GRP | Adhesive and lamination, flanged, mechanical jointing |
| Lined piping | Metallic welding with lining system, or flanged jointing |
| Rubber-lined CS | CS welding with rubber lining, or flanged connections |
Materials are selected on service fluid, operating pressure and temperature, corrosion and erosion conditions, chemical compatibility, mechanical requirements, installation method, design life, piping class and project specification.
A structured ITQC system runs from material receipt through fabrication, welding, erection, pressure testing and handover, against approved specifications, ITPs, procedures and applicable codes.
Work is executed with reference to the applicable codes for the scope in question. The governing specification for any given contract is the one named in that contract.
Inspection uses defined hold, witness and review points as set out in the approved ITP for the contract in question.
Method statements, equipment schedules and inspection plans are issued per enquiry against your specification.
