Erection and commissioning of pumps, compressors, vessels, heat exchangers, and process equipment, including alignment, leveling, grouting, piping interface, and functional testing as per OEM and industrial safety standards.

We provide mechanical erection and installation for industrial plants, process facilities and EPC projects — covering equipment handling, positioning, assembly, alignment, installation and pre-commissioning.

Execution integrates engineering drawings, equipment specifications, lifting plans, site conditions and safety requirements to achieve accurate and reliable installation.

Scope of erection

Static equipment erection: Installation of vessels, columns, reactors, drums, heat exchangers, tanks and other stationary equipment.
Rotary equipment erection: Installation and alignment of pumps, compressors, motors, blowers, agitators and other rotating machinery.
Heavy equipment handling and lifting: Planned lifting, shifting, positioning and placement of heavy mechanical equipment using suitable cranes, rigging systems and lifting tackle.
Equipment assembly and installation: Site assembly of equipment, sub-assemblies, auxiliaries and vendor-supplied components as per approved drawings and OEM requirements.
Precision alignment and levelling: Equipment levelling, centering, shaft alignment, elevation checks, plumbness and dimensional verification using appropriate alignment instruments.
Base plate, anchor bolt and grouting: Equipment base preparation, anchor bolt verification, sole-plate and base-plate levelling, and controlled grouting for stable installation.
Mechanical piping interface: Coordination of equipment nozzles with process piping, supports, valves and associated mechanical systems while maintaining required alignment and tolerances.
Conveyor and material handling equipment: Erection of conveyors, feeders, chutes, galleries, drives and associated mechanical assemblies.
Utility and process equipment installation: Installation of mechanical systems supporting process, utility, water, air, steam and other industrial services.
Structural and access components: Installation of equipment platforms, ladders, walkways, handrails, supports and auxiliary structures associated with mechanical packages.
Pre-commissioning support: Mechanical completion checks, rotation checks, lubrication verification, flushing support, trial runs and punch-point clearance prior to commissioning.
Shutdown and revamp erection: Fast-track equipment replacement, modification, retrofit and installation during plant shutdowns and turnaround activities.

Engineering-led execution

Erection is planned around equipment datasheets, GA drawings, vendor requirements, foundation drawings, lifting studies, erection sequences and project specifications.

Coordination between mechanical, civil, structural, piping and other disciplines helps minimise interface issues, rework and installation delays — from equipment receiving and handling through final alignment, mechanical completion and commissioning support.
