We work to design and develop custom R&D apparatus, supporting universities, R&D centers, and industries requiring custom-built laboratory instruments, prototype development, and high-precision research equipment.
In collaboration with IIT's, NIT's & Technical Institutes
We collaborate with IITs, NITs, PhD researchers and R&D teams to develop, prototype and engineer specialised research and testing equipment, with selected innovations progressed toward intellectual-property evaluation and industrial application.
Our capability goes beyond conventional fabrication: we integrate mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, control, thermal, fluid-flow and data-acquisition requirements into equipment designed around specific research objectives and experimental methods.
Through this multidisciplinary approach we help turn research concepts into functional, purpose-built engineering systems — supporting researchers from concept development through prototype fabrication, system integration, testing, validation and refinement.
Our R&D activities may involve:
We work with academic researchers, professors, PhD scholars and R&D teams to develop equipment against specific experimental requirements.
This lets researchers obtain equipment designed around their experimental methodology, rather than being restricted to standard commercially available equipment.
One example of this capability is the development of a modified Hartmann Tube apparatus for determining Minimum Ignition Energy (MIE) for research applications. It brings several specialised engineering systems into a single integrated apparatus:
Our approach suits applications where standard laboratory or industrial equipment cannot meet a specific research requirement. Equipment can be developed around:
Research equipment often requires several engineering disciplines to work together. Our industrial engineering background allows these to be integrated under one development approach.
We can support researchers from initial concept through prototype realisation and subsequent modification.
Where a project involves a novel engineering concept, mechanism, apparatus or technology, we can support the physical realisation and prototype development required for further research and intellectual-property evaluation. In collaboration with the researchers, inventors and institutions concerned, such work may be taken toward:
Any patent or intellectual-property claim remains subject to the applicable inventorship, ownership, institutional and legal arrangements governing the specific research project.
Method statements, equipment schedules and inspection plans are issued per enquiry against your specification.
